Alot of times as females and woman, but human beings first we feel like we are always being pulled, pushed, and stretched thin with all of life’s demands. Alot of us are in the professional work force and as a bonus of life’s basic and simple blessings and pleasure; some of us are mothers and wives keeping our houses and homes running smoothly and even if you are single some of us lead very demanding and exciting lives as well. Here I am going to give you a few ways to Fengshui your exercise regimen. Whether you are looking to get fit and healthier or just change up your routine a little bit these are a few tips you can follow. One of my favorite things to do is when I am out if I have taken the public transportation that I frequent in the city to run errands before going to my job;If I can and am not pressed for time I get my steps in by walking the 10 minutes to my job and later I may take the bike and walking trail on my way home. I like clearing my mind and having a few minutes to myself after being around and exposed to different behaviors, energies, and environments that are demanding, draining, and exhausting, and at times hostile and toxic.

  3. If you feel more motivated to exercise if you join a gym because you and your pockets will be held accountable each month then go ahead. If you are introverted and a self-motivator you can always if you can afford it and budget in buying your own exercise equipment to use at home or pay for a few private sessions with a personal trainer; if you have a few gal pals who are on a journey and quest like you to be and get fit and healthier than all of you can get together when all of your schedule permits and sync to do a group exercise or meal planning and meal prep days. It can and could be beneficial to start a exercise group chat online or by phone where each of you mark and share your gains and progress, setbacks and successes.
