Good Morning and Hello My name is Amanda and I want to first of all officially welcome you all to The Fengshui Brand. The Fengshui Brand is a concept I came about and started developing in my head in 2016. I had moved to a city about 2 hours and 200 miles from where I was living before to take what I called a indefinite hiatus to recharge, recover, regroup, rejuvenate, relax, and unwind from all of life’s demands and the Celebration Of Life and Homegoing of my Dad. I expected to move to this small Tourist City and it be a seamless and smooth ride, but instead I was met with a few bumps and unexpected curves along the way here and there.

I have always had a authentic knack for being encouraging, optimistic, positive, and uplifting so when I had to be in a professional setting closely working with a group of professional women who’s educational background afforded them the recognition and respect among their colleagues and male peers; I was taken aback when I saw how backstabbing, catty, dramatized, sabotaging and vindictive some of these powerful women were to each other for attention, cases, and just for the eternal hell of it. Although I saw this behavior as a child and teenager due to bullies and children who wanted to fit in that I grew up and went to school with and in my early 20’s from girls and young woman in the community and neighborhood who both wanted the same girl or guy romantically; but I did not know that this behavior existed in real life from woman in their 30’s, 40’s, 50’s 60’s and even older; I thought this behavior was only reserved for the most popular movies and rom coms, the most popular reality shows, and the most popular Telenovela's once a woman became of a certain age.

I have always been about Female and Woman Empowerment and Equality so it was easy for me to naturally come up with a way to keep the peace and unity among our young girls, teenagers, us young woman in the middle, and older females and women from all different and unique walks of life in the Sisterhood whether personal, professional, or romantically. Due to my Dad being a big part in my life I was instilled with confidence and self-esteem at a very young age and I was encouraged to be my authentic self , like, love, and respect every part of being regardless of who accepted, liked, loved, or respected it or not; don’t get me wrong just like the average human being I have crossed paths with certain children when I was a child and certain human beings as an adult who always had a negative air and negative outlook on life due to abuse, adult and childhood trauma, chemical imbalances, environmental factors, failed romantic partnerships and lack of personal and or professional growth.

I always have believed in myself through any doubt, hard times, and or setbacks in any area of my life and being relentless and resilient in my quest to be and become a woman that I most importantly, My Dad, Mom, Grandparents, Partner, and one day hopefully soon child of my own can always be proud of regardless of what the circumstances and outcome appear to be and look like. I want each of you who visit this brand, blog, and website to feel the same way each time you come here. I want each one of you to leave feeling clean, content, ecstatic and happy, encouraged, rebirthed, renewed, revived, and uplifted regardless of the day you have had.
